Description The role provides leadership to explore an d develop new business in the field of composites business. He/she advises an d reports the business an d customers’ development to BD Leader. This key position in the commercial team will be responsible for managing an d delivering business strategy an d activities to grow new business. PURPOSE OF THE JOB Identify new business opportunities in new markets, technologies, applications Or with new customers that will create medium / long term value for OC’s sustained business success an d growth. Especially, he/she needs to drive business result an d grow business (both volume an d margin). Meanwhile, he/she is responsible for understanding macro trends an d scouting markets to identify the best targets for new business. The position directly reports to BD Leader, CSB China Responsibilities Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilitiesProvide leadership in safe working practices, promoting safety awareness an d performance for self an d others in all areas of responsibility to achieve full compliance with site an d company standards an d guidelines Lead an d support safety initiatives an d processes in the team to drive towards zero recordable injuries.
