性别要求:不限性别 Description The role provides leadership to explore an d develop new business in the field of composites business. He/she advises an d reports the business an d customers’ development to BD Leader. This key position in the commercial team will be responsible for managing an d delivering business strategy an d activities to grow new business. PURPOSE OF THE JOB Identify new business opportunities in new markets, technologies, applications Or with new customers that will create medium / long term value for OC’s sustained business success an d growth. Especially, he/she needs to drive business result an d grow business (both volume an d margin). Meanwhile, he/she is responsible for understanding macro trends an d scouting markets to identify the best targets for new business. The position directly reports to BD Leader, CSB China Responsibilities Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilitiesProvide leadership in safe working practices, promoting safety awareness an d performance for self an d others in all areas of responsibility to achieve full compliance with site an d company standards an d guidelines Lead an d support safety initiatives an d processes in the team to drive towards zero recordable injuries. Live the Safety Stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities Draft a personal safety action plan an d deliver on all commitments Knowing Our Customers an d Identifying New Business Opportunities Lead by having an intimate business insight an d knowledge of customers an d their industry/business, what is necessary for the customer to be successful, an d the differential value that our current an d future products, programs an d deliver to the customer. Understand the market an d key customer needs Generate deep an d insightful understanding of the market, competition an d trends that drive robust business growthDevelop an intimate insight an d knowledge of the end use markets, trends, opportunities an d of the key customers crucial for successful growthBuild a strong network with the key players of the value chain for the new applications Or markets we target Identify opportunity, manage process an d achieve implementation Identify key opportunities with customers, lead the conversion an d industrialization process an d deliver differentiated value to our strategic customersCreate an d utilize value proposition to articulate how OC products an d services uniquely match customer needs through description of the various benefits customers will realize from our solutionsProject management of identified new business development opportunities to achieve the expected results Explore sales opportunities Analyze market, competition an d customer situation to find the opportunityMake good use of company resources to provide solution to customersContribute to the development of the strategy which is realistic an d will deliver the stated objectivesDevelop existing customers with new solution Promote developed products to potential customersWork independently an d aggressively to reach the target Metrics Develop new business opportunities, build business cases an d set up pipeline for new projectsDeep understanding an d development of Owens Corning product / service value proposition in the specified market / applicationsStrong networking in the industries along the value chain an d demonstrated leadership to provide total solution to customersRecognized sales achievements in both volume an d GM Directing OperationsContracting an d after salesMetrics Effective agreement/contract/order acceptable by company an d customer Control of over-due receivableSolution to customer complaintCustomer satisfaction Job Requirements Experience: Chemical/Engineering graduated, with a good technical, engineering and/or science background/competency, MBA preferred Minimum of 5 years of new business development experience in the field of composites/resin (TP/TS), if covering experience in sales is a plus Fluent in English in both oral an d writing Experience with business case development an d communicating customer value Experience of leading/development of BD projects by working with global an d cross function team Proven results-driven track record of new business development success Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Innovative thinking, growth mindset an d generate ideas Demonstrated ability to develop an intimate knowledge of customers, competition an d the market Financial acumen Excellent communication skill, persuasiveness an d decisiveness Strong capability of executing with speed Relevant product/technical knowledge Contract management an d negotiation Personal Characteristics: Having passion on the businessIntelligent an d conducts himself/herself with the highest ethical Strong commercial acumenAggressive to reach target Leading results effectively/collaboratively through others especially those who do not report directly in the business an d other functionsAssessing the environment an d successfully identifying opportunities an d closing gaps to accelerate business performanceMeasuring an d assessing performance including developing an d implementing metrics an d operating reporting
