招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 China Customer Service Specialist is acＣountable for quotation/order receiving/promising/entry to material delivery to invoicing & documentation for either direct customer orders Ｏr inter-company orders.This position is based in Shanghai an d reports to China Customer Service Supervisor. Responsibilities: Key acＣounts Order Management Key acＣounts short term sales forecast collection.Conduct delivery plan for key acＣounts.Work with plant scheduler on PSI management an d track short term demand consumptionWork with global key acＣount on order fulfillment’s request an d plan.SAP order entry an d follow up for finished goods produced by OC Plants. Ensure deliveries are carried out in a timely manner. Communicate with Sales, Finance, an d Warehouse team to resolve order related issues such as lack of stock, credit hold etc. Communicate with distributor, freight forwarder an d customers to meet their demand.Track Key Performance Indicators （KPI） to reach assigned target （Invoice Accuracy, Delivery-To-Request, Order Fill Rate, an d Service Claim）. Take proactive actions to improve customer service level. Execute OCV regional/global business guidelines an d ensure the guidelines are adhering to at all times.Back up to other Customer Service personnel. MetricsInvoice AccuracyService ClaimDelivery-To-RequestOrder Fill Rate Report Accuracy Job Requirements Experience: 1-3 year Ｏr above relevant experience in Customer Service Ｏr Logistics Familiar with MS office package an d SAP system Good oral an d written English （CET-6） Undergraduate Degree. Knowledge an d Skills: Strong team work spirit Self-discipline & Self-motivated Good communication skills Good computer skills : Word, Excel an d PowerPoint, SAP systems.
