该岗位将负责复合材料业务(热固&热塑产品)西部区域(四川、重庆、陕西等地)的业务开拓和销售工作。工作地点可移动办公,上海为总部,只需定期回总部汇报工作。Description The role provides leadership to explore an d develop customers in the field of regional composites business particularly in the thermoset market. He/she advises an d reports the business an d customers’ development to Sales Leader and/or BD Leader. This is a key position in the Sales Team, responsible for managing an d delivering Sales strategy an d activities in order to grow an d improve business results. PURPOSE OF THE JOBIdentify new business opportunities in new markets, technologies, applications Or with new customers that will create long-term value for OC’s sustained business success an d growth. Especially, he/she needs to drive business result an d grow business (both volume an d margin) in the region (mainly in West China). Meanwhile, he/she is responsible for understanding macro trends an d scouting markets to identify the best targets for new business.
