招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 PURPOSE OF THE JOB This role mainly supports China Commercial Team from the finance perspective, an d assist in consolidating Asia Pacific BM financial results. He/she needs to work very closely with the sales an d marketing teams to help develop long-term strategies as well as to drive daily operational results. Reports to: Consolidated AP & China BM Finance Leader JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities. Key job duties Implement a personal safety action plan an d review with leader Provide Financial Analysis support to the China Commercial Team to ensure delivery of targets Ensure that management requirements are clearly an d accurately communicated to the business teams so that necessary follow up actions are taken Prepare Weekly/Monthly China Commercial Business Analysis to help commercial team understand business performance by segments /key customers/key productsWork with China commercial team on preparing Monthly Forecast/ Annual Operating Plan an d analyze actual results against plan, forecast an d prior yearWork on company’s annual department budget an d monitor the actual spending Work with credit & treasury, supply chain an d manufacturing team on working capital managementParticipate in the preparation of long-term Strategy Plan an d project analysisMaintain Asia Pacific region database an d monitor the reporting process in a lean an d effective wayAssist China Commercial an d HR teams to establish an d execute effective SIP Program to drive sales performance Sponsor all ongoing continuous process improvement efforts in a focused an d measurable manner SAP / BI System report set up an d maintainBe proactive in leading necessary process standardization an d simplification Consolidate BM Korea Financial results an d communicate with global function Co-operate with Korea Business segment on business supportAssist in Korea Financial Performance consolidation an d communication with Corp Other related work assigned by his/her manager an d the company from time to time JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Degreed of Finance an d AcＣounting Ｏr aboveBe adaptable for business travel frequently. EXPERIENCE: 5 Years more of financial analysis experience in a multi-plant manufacturing an d distribution environment.Certification of acＣountant Ｏr CPA preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Advanced Integration ability: Understands the business interaction including manufacturing cost, sales price trending an d market promotion activitiesComprehensive database handling an d presentation Familiarity knowledge of ERP system & Business Intelligence （ SAP & BI ）Good team player an d communication skillsAbility to multi-task, work under pressure an d tight deadlinesAble to challenge the status quo an d proactive to propose suggestions for continuous improvement
