The Plant Leader is acCountable for leading the continuous growth an d development within the plant under China BM Business. The Plant Leader role is expected to lead from an outside-in perspective, understand what is necessary for the customer to be successful an d manage an d oversee the plant operations providing operational excellence to achieve an d maintain highest standards of safety, quality, costs, productivity, efficiency an d employee engagement. The position directly reports to the China BM Manufacturing Leader. Responsibilities Environment, Health & Safety Provide leadership in EHS working practices, promoting EHS awareness an d performance for self an d others in all areas of responsibility to achieve full compliance with OC standards an d guidelines:Lead an d support EHS initiatives an d processes in the team to drive towards zero injuries an d zero N.O.V. Live the Safety Stand, adhere to the safety responsibilitiesEnsure all leadership in operations strict to safety action plan an d deliver on all commitment
Knowing Customers Develop a culture that embraces the realistic goal of zero defects for our customers both internally an d externally:Raise the level of facility quality systems to provide a customer experience that fosters strong relationsEnsure open communication between the facility an d its customersEnsure customer quality concerns are resolved in a timely manner

Talent Development Create an d sustain a culture where talent is developed through effective performance management an d talent evaluationWith support of HR, invest in the growth an d development of identified high potential talent an d succession plan for key positionsManage an d coach plant NLT team to strengthen overall operations an d drive sustainable growth Change Management Leadership to manage change, give direction, provides resource an d delegate appropriate personnel to achieve final target Barrier remover for continuous improvement initiatives Job Requirements Experience: Minimum of 7 years of industrial assignments an d experience in China.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in manufacturing leading people in a cross functional an d complex manufacturing environment Knowledge an d Abilities: Undergraduate degree preferably in Engineering, Science, Operations Or Business required Good knowledge of TPM, 6 Sigma, manufacturing, quality, EHSBusiness an d Financial acumenStrong Leadership Strong process, engineering, an d technical abilitiesGood communication skills, result-oriented an d proactive.English oral/written communication skillsGood interpersonal skills
