Responsible for leading the production crew in daily responsibilities.Review/generate completed production documentation for quality and Good Manufacturing Practice requirements. Meets all stated timing deadlines for documentation.Performs and/or facilitates on the job training for new and developing operators.Acts as liaison to coordinate production activity within department and with support groups as needed.Administrates completion of work by assigning work to crew members on an as needed basis, with preference given to facilitating work flow as a team approach.Organizes rotation on shiftOpenly shares and communicates all production priorities to crew; fosters and promotes an atmosphere of teamwork.Attends morning meeting, reports the daily thru-put and downtime, delay issues (ie. Late truck arrivals, mechanical/equipment downtime, etc.).Completes all training assignments as required by operations to meet performance, safety and quality expectations.Complies with all safety and environmental objectives/programs/policies of the facility.Participates in troubleshooting, efficiency and improvement activities, including corresponding documentation activities.Organizes engineering support in case of down times and break downs.Participates in departmental reviews/updates current SOPs/Work Instructions/Forms and writing of new SOPs/Work Instructions/FormsRead, understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.Organizing cleaning, sanitizing, and all housekeeping duties as required.Works in a manner to foster a positive work environment.Provide assistance or direction to other operators in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workersCoordinate physical inventory completion with Finance, Operations and warehouse department on a monthly basis.Work with the S&OP Planner , Logistic& Supply chain Manger on verify inventory computation by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors on a weekly basis and keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.Qualification & ExperienceSenior Supervisors with at least 5-7 years experiences as a Production SupervisorJunior Supervisors with engineering degreeExperience in the bottling or packaging industry preferredGood organization skillsPositive attitude, team spiritGood written and spoken EnglishGood in communication
