招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 岗位职责： · Reporting directly to the General Manager, responsible for overall health, environment an d safety issues in the plant.· Provide direction to meet Cremer Wuxi’s overall H,E&S requirements an d goals. · Develop, build an d sustain a behavioral based an d results-oriented safety culture. Lead site safety awareness.· Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety an d employee vocational health laws an d regulations, an d keeps abreast of any changes to laws an d regulations that impact the plant. · Develop, implement and/or maintain comprehensive management systems in support of our plant H,S&E policies, procedures an d programs. · Audit an d evaluate the effectiveness of the systems an d recommend an d implement appropriate corrective actions.· Serve as a site technical resource for H,S&E. Provides technical assistance an d feedback to management an d operations staff regarding safety an d environmental issues that arise. · Interaction with governmental authorities, maintain records for inspections. Serve as primary contact for third party inspections an d audits.· Maintain wastewater compliance with national, local Ｏr other required laws an d regulations. Maintain all the related record. · Oversee employee personal protection equipment program an d provides assistance to employees in designing an d implementing safe working environments.· Manage the plant security an d security guards related issues.· Conduct/coordinate incident investigations. Serve as site contact an d system manager for incident an d data management system. Coordinate an d review the status of incident investigations an d corrective/preventative actions.· Oversee site Industrial Hygiene program.· Determine/Identify an d facilitate all plant safety training. Ensures that all required training an d programs are complete, up to date an d recorded.· Manage MSDS database including generation, review, an d issue for both internal an d external needs.· Responsible for applying an d getting the permit/qualification which is required by government if we have extensions for future expansions Ｏr new project.· Assist Maintenance Department in the upkeep of all pollution control equipment. Other works assigned by direct supervisor.岗位要求：· College Ｏr above degree in chemistry, Safety Engineering Ｏr related field.· Minimum 5 years working experience in HSE an d at least 4 years working experience in an industrial setting, with preference given to safety an d industrial hygiene.· Detailed knowledge of industrial hygiene, safety engineering principles an d occupational health hazards· A high level of oral/written communication an d training skills.· Problem solving ability to think through issues an d develop solutions that support the business in a timely manner. · Must possess attention to detail.· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.· Good spoken & written English.
