1. Receiving phone calls & transfer timely & accurately2. Ticket booking, hotel reservation for business traveling3. Stationery ordering an d Pantry stuff purchasing/managing, business card ordering4. Handle daily letter, parcel, express mail & newspaper, arrange couriers an d dispatch out-going mails for colleagues5. Be responsible for maintenance of office equipments & environment.6. Car Daily arrangement, car repair an d maintenance management.7. Visitors greeting, Conference catering assistance (QBR, training etc.)8. Prepare Monthly Admin expenses report9. Daily absent report10. Dealing with booking meeting room11. Support other ad-hoc projects such as annual dinner, seminar arrangement etc.12. Performing any other duties as assigned by Department Head13. Ad-hoc job assigned by department manager
Job Requirements:1. Graduated from Professional School, College Or University, Secretary, English2. Good for English speaking & writing3. At least 1 year as receptionist in foreign company;Fresh graduates would be considered.4. Good personality;5. Teamworking, patient, honest, willing to be helpful;6. Familiar with the Word & Excel software, English an d Chinese typing;
