Job Description:
1. Be responsible for the admin related job items for two plants in LM Jiangyin.
2. Support all administrative matters, including phone answering, reception, office tidiness, etc.
3. Manage business travel/transport (incl. shuttle bus, taxi use, ticket booking, hotel etc.)
4. Manage supplies (e.g. Stationery, Canteen, Shuttle bus) by proper recording, monitoring, analyzing and providing advice to HR manager.
5. Water arrangement, post mail and company express management
6. Reception customer / visitor if needed.
7. Be responsible for the plant employee activity orgamization.
8. Employee name card management.
9. Assist to outsourced contract management
10. Renew the phone list every month.
11. Administer for the canteen, greenery, cleaning.
12. Complete finance & HR monthly report.
13. Frequent contact with all employees.
14. Contact with external suppliers regarding transportation, insurance for car and employees' liability, office supplies and other admin, collect suggestions of employees and take actions timely.
15. Optimize the policy & procedure related to the admin and logistics.
16. Has relevant experience regarding attendance system.
17. Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
Qualification and skills :
1.FluentofwrittenandspokeninEnglish;CET-4orabove
2. Good communication and coordination skills
3. 1year in a similar job in an international company, with service and communication as main focus.
4. Bachelor's degree or above.
