中欧国际工商学院是由中国政府与欧洲联盟共同出资，于1994年11月创办的一所非营利性中外合作高等管理教育机构。作为亚洲***国际商学院，学院的mba、emba和高层经理培训三大课程在全球商学院排名中一直名列前茅，2012年新开始的fmba也深受欢迎与好评。学院的课程及学位已获得了国际管理教育权威认证系统equis和aacsb双认证，并获得中国国务院学位委员会的正式认可。目前学院共开设下列课程：

学院在上海、北京和深圳设有校园和教学点。上海主校区于1999年在浦东金桥落成，由著名设计大师贝聿铭参与创办的pcf设计事务所设计，2013年，上海校园三期项目完工。学院深圳代表处于2002年7月成立。2010年，由西班牙著名idom建筑事务所设计的学院北京校园在中关村软件园落成。
