主要职责:1、Make an d implement the marketing strategies according to the development strategy of the company an d fulfill the marketing target of the company. 依据公司整体战略,规划并推进经营策略,实现公司经营指标。1.1Assist to prepare the annual, quarterly an d monthly business development plans an d the expense budget of the business development department, monitor the implementation.协助组织公司年、季、月度业务拓展计划、制订本部门费用预算,并监督实施。 1.2 Organize the staff to finish the marketing task, manage marketing work an d fulfill marketing targets.组织部门人员管理经营工作,完成部门各种市场目标。 1.3 Prepare reports on business conditions an d aging analysis of receivables on regular basis an d report to the senior management.定期编制业务情况分析和应收帐款帐龄分析报表,并向高级管理层汇报。 2、Assist sales team an d site manage make business development plans an d strategies.协助销售团队和仓库经理拓展业务,制订拓展计划及策略。 2.1 Make business development plans, visit customers, explore new business an d partners.制定业务拓展计划,通过电话、登门等方式,进行客户拜访,开拓新的业务和合作伙伴。 2.2 Master the dynamics of the warehouse an d make proper arrangement for business.了解仓库存储动态,做好业务安排。 2.3 Establish the company image an d maintain the company brand.塑造公司形象,维护公司品牌。 3、Maintain the relationship with customers, understand the demands from customers an d handle customer complaints. 维护客户关系,了解客户需求,处理客户投诉。 3.1 Communicate with customers, collect the demands an d requirements from customers, draft the cooperation proposals, keep close contact with customers, hold negotiations, implement cooperation. 做好与客户日常沟通和交流,了解客户需求,撰写合作方案,保持密切联系,进行商务谈判,执行合作进程。 3.2 Handle the daily issues with customers, handle customer complaints, follow up on the results of handling customer complaints, conduct customer satisfaction investigation.处理与客户之间的日常事务,处理客户投诉,跟踪处理投诉结果,并进行客户满意度调查。 3.3 Organize customer services, communicate with related departments to get necessary support.组织对公司客户的服务,与有关部门联络以取得必要的支持。 4、Establish the activity based database of customers, manage business contracts.建立基于作业行为的客户数据库,做好合同管理。 4.1Customer relationship management, collating an d compiling customer information, establishing customer database. 客户关系管理,整理和编制客户资料,建立客户数据库。 4.2 Manage customer relationship, collect an d summarize customer information, establish customer database. 组织下属人员做好经营合同签订、履行与管理工作,监督业务人员按时完成应收账款到帐任务。 Organize staff to sign, implement an d manage business contracts, monitor staff to collect receivables on time handling customer complaints, conduct customer satisfaction investigation. 5、Do market research, provide accurate information about competitors, provide decision-making support for the development strategy of the company. 市场调研,提供关于竞争对手的准确信息,为公司业务发展提供战略依据。 5.1 Collect market information an d accurate information about competitors, keep abreast of the latest development of the industry, summarize the feedback from customers, organize market research, explore new market opportunities an d business partners. 搜集市场动态及竞争对手的准确信息,了解本行业,把握最新信息,综合客户反馈意见,组织市场调查分析,市场机会开拓和合作伙伴开发。 5.2 Draft market research report on regular basis an d submit to the senior management for reference. 定期撰写市场调查报告,提交公司高级管理层。 6、Manage the staff of the business development department. 本部门员工管理。 6.1 Draft the management systems of the business development department an d monitor the implementation. 制定本部门相关的管理制度并监督检查下属人员的执行情况。 6.2 Give business directions to the staff, train them an d give assessment to them. 对下属人员进行业务指导、培训和工作考核。 6.3 Build an d manage a marketing team.建设和管理业务团队。 7、Finish other assignments from the senior management. 完成高级管理层临时交办的其他任务。
技能,知识及经验:
1、Master degree in sales, logistic management an d international trade Or other related major is preferred. 大专以上学历,市场营销、物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先考虑 ; 2、Five years working experience in customer service, 3years experience in customer service management. Experience in clod chain Or logistic industry is preferred. 5年以上客户服务,3年以上客户管理工作经验,具有冷链,物流行业工作经验优先考虑 ; 3、Be familiar with Office software to make different files Or sheet. 熟练使用Office办公软件制作各种文档和报表; 4、Good command of both of spoken an d written English. 良好的英语听说读写能力; 5、Effective communication skills, good ability of coordination an d good sense of customer service. 具有优秀的沟通、协调能力,良好的客户服务意识; 6、Excellent execution an d planning ability an d able to solve emergency issues. 具有优秀的执行力和统筹计划能力,应变能力强,善于处理突发紧急事件 ; 7、Quick thinking an d carefully, strong ability of insight an d good data analysis ability. 思维敏捷,细致严谨,洞察力强,具有良好的数据分析能力 ;
