1、1、 Assist BD team an d site manager to fulfill marketing target an d collect receivables on time
协助销售团队和仓库经理完成经营指标任务并及时回收货款。
1.1 Assist BD team an d site manager to fulfill site business target an d department marketing target.
协助销售团队和仓库经理完成site经营任务，完成部门各种市场目标；
1.2 Carry out business development planning an d new business development tasks.
参与业务拓展计划并积极参与新业务的拓展；
1.3 Assist BD team an d finance team to fulfill receivables on time
协助销售团队和财务团队按时完成应收账款到帐任务。
2、 Communicate with an d accept the assignments from the direct superviory management, finish the tasks on time
积极与领导沟通，主动接受直属上级领导，落实业务工作计划。
2.1 Organize an d implement the links of marketing job, carry out marketing activities according to plans.
组织、落实各业务环节，按计划进行日常业务活动；
2.2 Finish annual an d quarterly marketing activity report （including customer information, market dynamics, market analysis, industry trend analysis, etc.）, put forward business development proposals, collect accurate information about competitors an d submit to management for reference
参与完成季度、年度业务工作报告（包括客户情况分析、市场动态、市场分析、未来发展分析等），并提出业务拓展建议；搜集竞争对手的准确信息，及时提供给上级主管。
2.3 Explain to the customers the related laws, regulations an d policies of the government on cold storage, advise customers an d ask them to provide the necessary supporting documents
向客户宣传、解释国家有关存储商品的有关法律法规及政策，负责向客户通报、追收有关客户必须提供的证明文件。
2.4 Arrange the work of business development staff properly to ensure the efficiency
合理安排工作，使工作高效、有序；
2.5 Communicate with the document office in a timely way to master the latest information about the customers, report immediately to the management in case of any abnormal situation
及时与单证开票处联系,及时了解客户的最新情况，如有异常情况，立即向上级汇报；
2.6 Maintain the company image an d the company brand
塑造公司形象，维护公司品牌。
3、 Communicate with customers an d sign business contracts
客户联系与合同签订。
3.1 Communicate with customers, keep close contact with customers, visit responsible customers at least once every 10 days an d keep customer visiting records, feedback customer information to the management in a timely way
做好与客户日常沟通和交流，保持密切联系，了解客户需求，处理客户投诉；通过电话、登门等方式，进行客户拜访并做好拜访记录,及时向上级主管汇报。
3.2 Conduct research on customers for business negotiations （including customers qualification, business license, working place an d working surroundings, etc.）
进行业务洽谈调查工作（包括客户的资质评审、经营许可文件，办公地址及办公环境等）；
3.3 Sign business contracts, identify customer requirements, ensure the contracts are legal, valid an d timely
做好业务合同签订工作，识别客户要求，按程序评审合同，确保合同的合法性及有效性、及时性；
3.4 Establish contract register
建立合同台账。
3.5 Take part in customer service project drafting.
参与客户服务方案的拟定。
4、 Collect an d summarize customer information
整理和编制客户资料。
4.1 Establish customer profiles
建立客户档案
5、 Finish other assignments from the management. i.e. customers visiting an d reception, different marketing activities an d marketing information collecting.
完成上级主管临时交办的其他任务。如客户拜访安排与接待、参加各类市场展销活动、市场讯息收集等


技能,知识及经验：
1、Master degree in sales, logistic management an d international trade Ｏr other related major is preferred.
大专以上学历，市场营销、物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先考虑；
2、3-year experience in customer service management. Experience in clod chain Ｏr logistic industry is preferred.
,3年以上客户管理工作经验，，具有冷链，物流行业工作经验优先考虑；
3、Be familiar with Office software to make different files Ｏr sheet.
熟练使用Office办公软件制作各种文档和报表；
4、Good command of both of spoken an d written English.
良好的英语听说读写能力；
5、Effective communication skills, good ability of coordination an d good sense of customer service.
具有优秀的沟通、协调能力，良好的客户服务意识；
6、Excellent execution an d planning ability an d able to solve emergency issues.
具有优秀的执行力和统筹计划能力，应变能力强，善于处理突发紧急事件；
7、Quick thinking an d carefully, strong ability of insight an d good data analysis ability.
思维敏捷，细致严谨，洞察力强，具有良好的数据分析能力；
