技能，知识及经验：1、 Minimum 5 years work experience within warehousing, distribution Ｏr manufacturing environments at a senior operations level. This position is open to all graduates an d diplomat, however, the following subjects are advantageous至少五年以上在仓库、配送或制造领域内的中高层物流管理经验，学历专业不限。如有以下专业技能则更佳：1.1 transport, distribution Ｏr logistics 运输、配送或物流1.2 business, management Ｏr economics 商务、管理或经济1.3 retail management 零售业务管理1.4 operational research 运营研究1.5 business information systems 商务信息系统1.6 business with languages 商务语言1.7with experience of semi-automatic production processing line is prior具有加工流水线作业经验者优先。2、Technical skills an d an aptitude for WMS仓库管理系统的运用3、 Excellent oral an d written skills良好的口头与书面表达能力4、 Numeracy skills计算能力5、 People management skills, including the ability to lead an d motivate others, delegate work an d explain ideas团队管理技能6、 Excellent Planning an d organizing skills优秀的计划与组织能力7、 Good Teamwork ability团作协作能力8、 Excellent analytical ability良好的分析能力9、 Initiative an d decisiveness主动性和果断力10、 Enthusiasm热情
