2- Fixture DesignErgonomic study;Welding gun study an d window design/definition, prepare welding parameter;PLP concept design;Fixture design;
3-Layout&processAllocating fixtures an d operator;Equipments alignments;Parts container, conveyor system, workflow an d tools alignments;Media supply points setting;General layout an d floor marking layout;
4-Process documentsBOM of the Fixtures an d other new building equipments, relevant technical requirements &catalogue; Make PR-Purchasing Request for purchasing Equipments components an d manufacturing fixtures, hemming die;Pneumatic/electrical drive/sensor switch general layout an d sequence diagram;Spots welding distribution list with parameter ;Process documents-Loading plan, spots distribution, operation sequence,Cycle time, an d so on;Fixture measuring plan an d shim regulation list;
