It is critical to the business that the solutions delivered perform effectively an d price competitively. This role is acting as PE （project engineer leader） to take responsible for design, engineering an d supporting the installation an d commissioning.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES· In charge of electrical design & engineering in project.· Communicate with customer for getting their real requirement & give best solution for projects.Optimize the design concept & setup for new concept according to customer’s requirement.· Provide technical support to project manager, proposal team.· Work with project manager to plan & monitor the project progress to ensure on time delivery.· Make detail control concept to guide hardware engineer, software engineer an d robot engineer for detail design.· Communicate with mechanical team during detail design phase.· Communicate & support & lead external resources to catch up project timing.KEY COMPETENCIES· Strong technical mind set.· Knowledge for Siemens PLC· Some Knowledge of E-plan （P8） skills for making an d reading electrical drawings.· Ability to converse with colleagues from a variety of levels.· Optimistic, dynamic an d highly motivated.· Good team player an d communicator.· Responsible attitude an d committed to producing a high standard of work.· Must respect the confidentiality of the information managed.· Analyse issues.· Independencein solving technical issues.· Good knowledge of learning new products an d good knowledge of understanding e-manuals.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE an d EXPERIENCESkills –- Must be team an d result oriented but capable of logical an d original thought with the ability to react coolly under stress.- Technical competence an d familiarity with personal computers an d software.- Analytical.- Experienced an d capable individual who is self motivated,articulate,and good programming skills.Knowledge –- Know PLC control systems- Good applications knowledge on power train.- Computer software including Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office an d Internet.Experience - - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in PLC programming, Siemens high priority.- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as leader control engineer.QUALIFICATIONS· Degree in Engineering （Control, Software, Electronic Ｏr similar）· Good at EnglishOTHER REQUIREMENTSMust be prepared to travel an d be acceptable for flexible working hour.
