As a Sales Admin, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business an d Measurement & Analytics Business Line (BU) based in Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, an d industry-specific application knowledge an d services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management an d global responsibility. These industries include oil an d gas, power, chemicals an d pharmaceuticals, pulp an d paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine an d turbocharging.
? Contract management.
? Contract information collection an d input.
? Take responsible for contract implementation (include cash collection, order place, customs clearance, goods receive/delivery, an d invoice issue etc.).
? SOX documents prepare, monthly closing checking.
? Other sales related report prepare.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety an d integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues an d the business.
? A Bachelor’s degree Or above in related subject.
? More than 2 years of working experience in Sales administration Or contract implementation.
? Fluent in verbal an d written English an d certified CET4.
? Proficient in Computer application, especially in MS-Office (Excel & Word).
? Familiar in SAP is preferred.
? Good communication skill an d consciously working an d learning ability.
? Proven ability to develop an d manage customer relationships.
? A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach an d strong communication skills.
