Job Description & Responsibilities
Perform administrative work, including but not limited to the following: Update clients list, leave balance report, etc; Prepare runner schedule; Compile monthly exchange rates issued by the local tax bureau; Manage the clients billing process, including coordination of issuance of VAT receipts with the finance team; Submit documents to clients, government authorities an d banks; an d Provide other administrative assistance to the team. - 协助中心团队解决客户个人税务合规事宜,包括:进行个人所得税纳税计算和申报,与相关的税务局管理人员沟通 - 协助中心团队解决客户办理国际人事派遣,薪酬和雇佣等相关事宜,如:签证申请和工作许可证。 - 协助中心团队进行客户关系维护,包括保持与客户的日常联络和回复客户的问题

Requirements
Good communication skill; Good English an d Chinese reading plus writing skills; Have at least 1 to 2 years working experiences; Relevant administrative experiences is preferred; an d Service oriented an d strong team spirit. - 大专以上学历,语言专业优先; - 英日语听说读写流利; - 工作认真细心,责任心强,有较强的工作能力和分析及解决问题能力; - 具备较好沟通能力和团队意识; - 熟悉电脑操作,Windows操作系统和Office软件应用。
