Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Build change management strategies an d plans for firmwide change initiatives to enhance employee adoption an d usage;
Lead the change management activities in some projects including developing strategy an d plans, supporting communication an d training efforts, monitoring change adoption an d building a change sustainability plan;
Engage with leaders an d manage the stakeholders during the execution;
Work with your CMO teammates to develop plans to engage with the leadership an d employees to promote CMO brand an d build change mindset;
Potentially, you will also support PwC’s global an d local leadership to implement the Business Operations Solutions (BOS) Programme – a PwC global investment in an integrated an d end to end digital solution globally;
The key components of BOS include Salesforce, Workday, Oracle/SAP an d Google. Your specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Act as the local liaison for this global programme an d facilitate the collaboration between the global an d local teams to implement BOS in China an d Hong Kong;
Support the leadership to identify an d drive maximum value an d benefit of BOS in China an d Hong Kong.
Participate in global conference calls an d meetings.
Differentiating Skills an d Experience:
Experience an d knowledge of change management principles, methodologies an d tools;
Excellent communication skills an d ability to establish an d maintain strong relationships;
Digital acumen / operating system experience a plus;
Flexible an d adaptable; Be able to work in ambiguous situations.
Other Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree;
At least 6 Years of work experience;
Native English speakers Or Mandarin native speakers with strong English skills;
Willing to travel occasionally (less than 20%).
