Job Description & Summary
A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You’ll focus on all aspects of documentation planning, dispute resolution, an d advance pricing agreements. Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services an d loans, an d other financing transactions.
Responsibilities: Work with a team to devise solutions to complex transfer pricing issues faced by multinational corporations; Analyze the economics of a client s related party transactions; Interview client personnel to identify functions an d risks relevant to the engagement objectives; Design an d use advanced spreadsheet models to measure an d compare inter-company results; Apply statistical tools to establish the sensitivity of inter-company pricing strategies to relevant macro an d micro-economic factors; Conduct an d write industry research studies; Supervise the work of junior staff member within the group.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in AcＣounting, Economics Ｏr Finance; Excellent written an d verbal communication skills in Mandarin an d English; Ability to interpret an d analyze financial statements an d a general aptitude for quantitative analysis; A team player with good interpersonal skills an d excellent organizational skills; an d Self-initiated an d result-oriented.
