工作职责:? Manage QA team, including oversight of Quality Processes and Systems at the site. Meet customer requirements by understanding the customer needs.? Provide Quality and Compliance guidance to the staff and the site associates. Lead and/or assist quality issue resolution in a timely manner to ensure smooth progress of the project. ? Host HA Regulatory inspections at site and ensure successful completion of these inspections.? Host Major Client audits at the site and ensure successful completion of these audits.? Organize Quality Management reviews for the site to drive quality enhancement and continuous improvement.? Properly allocate resources to all projects and activities. And make adjustments whenever is needed, ensuring that every project meets Timeline and Quality requirements.? When potential significant quality impact of a project is identified, immediately report to upper management and communicate with the customer. Communicate with the customer, including proposal for solution and prevention. Assist project team in customer communication and customer visits.? Communicate with the customer in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction. ? Recruit new staff and ensure that they receive proper and adequate trainings. Coaching staffs so that they can continuously improve their work skills and knowledge. Review and rank group member performance. ? Conduct management of your group, establish and improve the ways of working of your group. ? Ensure that your group members receive proper trainings, be developed and coached to comply with company and department policies, especially Quality, Manufacturing, EHS and IP protection policy. ? Drive team building and people development to ensure success of expanding business in terms of new technologies and requirements ? Ensure the personal safety of your team members. 任职资格:? Majored in pharmaceutical, chemical or analytical sciences with bachelor degree or above. Be proficient in drug product manufacturing processes, support and GMP regulations.? More than 10 years experiences in Quality Assurance or other relevant functions in regulated environment; more than 5 years people leadership and team management experiences.? Professional in presentation and communication in English.? Demonstrate ability in problem solving, risk mitigation, communications, quality system implementation and team building.? Demonstrated ability of pro-active thinking and setting up systems for prevention of quality issues.? Demonstrate outstanding and balanced participative/directive and quality leadership. ? A talent for fostering resources optimization, continuous improvement and operational efficiency. ? Exceptional skills for analyzing problems and finding innovative solutions.? Proven ability to motivate, mentor and work efficiently, as well as with persons from other cultures, as in cross-functional and self-directed work teams
