Key Responsibilities:maintenance and repair of computer network facilities to ensure that the network equipment in good standbymaintain ERP system to ensure the normal operation of the systemassist finance to monitor ERP system and hardware software and give reasonable advice and help when problems arisekey SAP person for processes including:developing and supporting business processes within SAP Supply Chain Areaensuring that SAP Supply Chain processes are consistent with the each other and other business process areas like financesupport Local organization in SAP supply chain and collaborate with global SAP teamdevelop and deliver request for changes & incidents - both local & globalimplementing and securing the foundation of new processes including testing, documentation and end user training / educationdo a good job in the computer room records and the problems of the network filedaily maintenance of data to maintain the capacity of the data in the serverestablishment of computer management software and hardware fileorganize company computer application trainingcomplete other tasks assigned by leaderstrictly enforce the 5S standards for this positionstrictly abide by the company rules and regulations
Key Requirements:Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering, computer science or relatedmore than three years working experience in computer network maintenance. Three years of experience in SAP processes within supply chain and understand its key conceptshands on experience in configuring SAP MM / PP / LEstrong background in computer technologyunderstand basic SAP table structures and have knowledge about user exits / enhancementshave a good overview of business processes in a broader perspective in connection with the business goals and requirements of the global organizationinitially he/she has to know about the requirements of the clients regarding the projectcreative Analyzing – Analyze the risk factors of the projectproper Planning – Outline or blueprint of the SAP modules has to be made properlytime Management– Managing time is important in Project Management in order to finish the project on or before the due time givenexcellent Leadership – Effective Leading of a group is concerned vitalEnglish is our corporate language, so it is expected that you communicate fluently in English in spoken and written.
