Tasks
Focus on Dryer business in Industrial industries in ChinaBuild creative sales strategy that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation for new business unites and sales channels.Build and further develop customer network in ChinaDirect contact customers and fulfil request accordingly.Motivate Sales Team, manage sales pipeline, budget and forecast monthly sales, cost center reporting.Conduct research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management.Represent the business beyond the sales department: trade shows, sales workshops, sales seminars, and eventsHave vision and plan for future the Sales Organization based on volumes.Identify and develop new market opportunities for the business: knowledge of consumer, competitor, and market trends …Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.Train and coach sales team members, set target and evaluate their performance.
Required qualifications
Preferred more than 7 years, and at least 5 years of experience managing B2B sales in a team leadership role.Bachelor Degree in Business with Food, Feed/Grain, Mechanical, Industrial engineering, thermal engineeringGood command of English language both in verbal and written Experience in designing and implementation of sales strategy and budget control.Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work in a structured organization.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and an ability to assimilate complex dataStrong negotiation and communication skills.Strong networking skills and relationship management.Portray a strong ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
