Bühler has marked the development of chocolate production for almost a century, setting important standards in the chocolate industry. CF develop and supply complete solutions for global Chocolate, Nut, Coco and coffee industry area.
Tasks
Be responsible for Sales Procedure, SAP System, database and etc;Assists in coordinating with the related department to ensure the sales order progress;Maintain the translation reference list;Sales Dept. samples and brochures management;Provide assistance to exhibitions or events related to Sales;Support sales to do the updating for CRM;Support to do the order fulfilment coordination;Arrange the sales conferences, exhibitions and customers and Headquarter colleagues’ delegation;Support BU activities, preparations and reservations;Internal controlling process in Sales Department
Required qualifications
Bachelor degree, major in English,Mechanical/Engineering or International trade;More than 2 years related working experience; Knowledge for the commerce and finance;Fluent English in speaking, writing, listening and reading; Microsoft skill, e.g. word, excel, power point ect;Strong ability in the communication with the customers and internal team;Strong sense for Confidentiality and responsibility;Team player
Preferred qualifications
ERP experience, SAP is plus;Cantonese is preferred;
