Tasks
Customer quotation Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughlyThoroughly and efficiently gather relevant information from the customer to enable you to identify and fulfil his/her needsIdentification of spare PartsCreate complete Client Quotations for Spare and Wear Parts (commercial / technical) and do following up Order Fulfilment - Fulfilment of the client promise for spare and wear parts ordersPlan and secure that the order is at the right place at the right timeCheck delivery dates and initiate action to meet client promise Fulfil all promises and commitments to the Client by accurately planning and securing stock Manufacturing- and procured ItemsContinuous feedback to the Client regarding status and deviation of promised delivery date. Communication with service station/other team to offer support. Other task assigned by management team
Required qualifications
Response time to customerOrder LT and OTDNon Complaints from customer College degree or above majored in one of the following:Commercial Logistics, Technics / Engineering Sound PC and software knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)SAP (SD Module, Stock and Procurement)Minimum 3 years’ experience within sales/service and manufacturing environmentExcellent communication & coordination skillsEnthusiastic to tackle new opportunities and build up new and innovative solutionsCan read & write in English
