For our Marketing, Sales an d Product Management team, understanding the full potential of our technology an d the trends in our markets is highly rewarding. You will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships an d manage resolution to specific customer needs an d issues. Identify an d develop sales opportunities. based on Lanzhou Location.
? Volume an d profit: Sell products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix an d profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
? Customer relations: Establish an d maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, an d align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
? Sales plans: Prepare sales plans using company tools. Perform regular status reviews an d proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls. Apply digital tools to accelerate sales plans an d ensure steady growth on sales targets as well as results.
? Sales: Create added value for the customer an d ABB an d ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts an d proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering an d strategy (delivery time, payments, an d general terms an d conditions). Deploy digital sales opportunities from customers, focus on the sales of promotion of digital electrical products / solutions, including ABB Ability TM EDCS, Emax 2 All in One an d Ekip UP, etc.
? Marketing: Ensure efficient marketing activities an d value proposition to customers, promote digital electrical products/solutions.
? New market opportunities: Identify an d drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market an d ensure know-how sharing an d cross-collaboration as well as digital market opportunities based on new ABB ability/digitalization solution/products.
? Administration: Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, an d support collection an d project management activities when needed.
? Offer preparation: Prepare offers in coordination with the bid an d proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager. Ensure appropriate technical an d financial aspects of offers, including prices an d trading conditions
? Living ABB’s core values of safety an d integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues an d the business.
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
? 3 years of working experience in Sales Or Electrical designing.
? Proactive, strong communication an d self-management ability is required.
? Ability to travel up to 30% of the time is must.
