As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Business an d EL Marketing an d Sales Business Line (BL) based in Wuxi. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products an d Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection an d connection an d Medium Voltage Products.
You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB in Sales & Marketing Unit China Product Group/ EL Marketing an d Sales Business Line (BL)/ Electrification Business in Wuxi /China Country/NAS region. You will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships an d manage resolution to specific customer needs an d issues. Identify an d develop sales opportunities, especially for digital solution.
- ? Sell products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
- ? Establish an d maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, an d align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience.
- ? Identify an d drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities an d promote digital solutions to customers.
- ? Manage administrative procedures in sales processes an d supports collection an d project management activities when needed.
- ? Living ABB’s core values of safety an d integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues an d the business.
- ? Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree, major in Science Or Engineering (Electrical Automation major is preferred).
- ? 3 years of Sales experience in related industries.
- ? Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowledge.
- ? Experience an d knowledge of digitalization (automation) project.
- ? Strong learning ability, customer orientation, strong sense of responsibility an d personal integrity.
- ? Result driven, strong interpersonal an d communication skills.
- ? Good at team work.
