Key AcCountabilities: · Manage all levels of the recruitment channels which include relationship development, performance review an d local strategy; · Provide timely an d accurate project dashboards to ensure all key stakeholders are fully informed of channel usage; · Monitor all other team members for channels posting according GE branding guideline; · Provide analysis an d recommendation on improvement action plans on a regular basis; · Ad-hoc project support for team engagement planning an d culture initiatives execution; · Support online Employer Branding communication, including social media (WeChat an d linkedIn), internal newsletter as well as offline event preparation, implementation an d reporting an d etc. · Visual design for different project demands · Participate in different HR initiatives Or programs to facilitate the communication an d implementation within HR team Or across business functions Requirements: · Bachelor degree Or above · 1-3 years’ related recruitment channel an d employer branding knowledge/experience in job boards Or social media channel management · Keen to work with people an d interested in human resource · Self-organized with strong sense of planning · Good communicator an d quick learner · Good at excel, sensitive to data
