Essential Responsibilities
– Facilitates projects an d initiatives with broad scope an d impact to the business. Responsible for initiatives with long term business implication. Develops practical an d innovative ways to identify an d meet the simplification goals of the role.

– Serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean simplification methodology.
– Apply Lean tools to improve process capability reduce variation an d eliminate waste.
– Execute the Lean strategy for process improvement.
– Through completion of a training program on Lean philosophy, theory, an d application tools/tactics, deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability, producibility of designs an d business processes to reduce defects an d attain world-class levels of quality an d cycle time reduction.
– Facilitate, train, an d coach team members in the use of Lean tools.
– Work with operating leaders an d teams to uncover an d assess Lean Six Sigma opportunities for GE an d its suppliers an d customers.
– Constantly seek, share, an d implement best practices.
– Lead an d facilitate cross-functional project teams.
– Identify potential process improvement projects.

Qualifications/Requirements
– Aware of an d comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, an d applicable laws an d regulations as they apply to this job type/position
– Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
– Identify an d report any quality Ｏr compliance concerns an d take immediate corrective action as required
– Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, an d procedures to ensure ongoing standardization an d simplification of the Quality Management System.
Desired Characteristics
1. Bachelors degree from an accredited university Ｏr college
2. At least 4 additional years of experience in a business environment
