-Training all employees in Lean methodology an d Continuous Improvement techniques.
-Mentoring the projects to completion an d measure improvements.
- Defining process improvement opportunities an d tools to support excellence.
-Developing a project tracking system aligned with global systems an d maintaining the project details an d reporting to group.
-Promote an d facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments an d other wastes throughout the business, an d provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them.

Role Summary/Purpose
AcＣountable for initiating Lean Six Sigma an d Continuous Improvement activities across the organization an d act as an improvement an d change agent in improving the performance of the organization an d bottom line of the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
-Bachelor Degree an d Major in mechanical engineering, chemical Ｏr composite material is preferable.
-3~5 years production working experience, at least 2 years lean project leading experience, especially TPM Ｏr TQC is prefer.

-Strong problem-solving, presentation an d communication skills.
-Lean knowledge, People management, Project Management.
-Fluent in English writing an d speaking.
