Your Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: 每月保证拜访规定数量的目标客户和组织产品推广会。配合公司大型学术活动和产品推广活动配合地区经理的协同拜访完成地区经理或者大区经理临时指派的工作任务 (高级医药代表, 产品专员及资深产品专员在上述职责的基础上要完成如下任务) 协助地区经理给新入职的新代表熟悉客户、市场、公司报告系统及相关政策等进行帮助和辅导协助地区经理安排并完成各项市场推广活动为下属员工提供相应指导。 What you’ll bring to the role: 完成产品推广目标建立完善的客户档案,与客户保持良好的关系及时、准确执行报告系统(医院、费用、行政),及时汇报工作的改变及时反馈市场信息(客户,产品,竞争对手)提高客户服务质量 Desirable Requirements: Education: 医药专业专科或以上学历 Languages: 基本的口头英语表达能力 Experience: 相关岗位工作经验例如市场营销,产品推广人员等 高级医药代表/产品专员/资深产品专员要能通过公司的相关资质认证,能力和绩效符合公司对于岗位的要求 You’ll receive: (not mandatory) Breakdown of benefits received in this role.
