Responsibilities:
Identify an d Develop potential suppliers on key commodity Electronic components. Cost analysis capability an d strong negotiation skills，keep Ｕpdate on the competitiveness of supplier chain.Support an d drive BE TT culture.Drive the responsible commodity supply basis with annual strategy plan, ensure the lowest achievable total cost of ownership, lead team complete the assigned activity in time manner.Achievethe department KPI including but not limit to costreductionand payment term improvement.Work closely with RFQ team to achieve department KPI,co-manage the supplier chain improve overall performance of suppliers.Internal communicationwith internal customer work as a team to support the supplier chain affairs.External communication with suppliers, work with associated departments to management an d improve supplier performance.Cost analysis capability an d good negotiation skills，keep Ｕpdate on the competitiveness of supplier chain.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Ｏr above with engineering Ｏr business background, with 4 years fully time sourcing, an d local supplier development experience on assigned commodity. Supply Chain Management knowledge. Have basic knowledge of quality systems like ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, AS9100, TS16949, NADCAP an d so on. Well knowledge on raw material, manufacturing process an d good cost analysis skill for key commodities. Ability to track raw material an d key commodities market trend an d technology trend. Delivering continued cost reduction an d better payment terms. Good analyses capability an d problem solving skills. Good commercial sense an d highly responsible. Good PC skills especially office tool to conducts all kinds of analyses, as well as presentation skill for reports.
