Essential Duties an d Responsibilities1. Create efacs BOM an d maintain supplier information, MSL, COC flag ect.2. Lead the NPI process, work with internal team to finish NPI as agreed plan ,support FAIR If required 3. Lead the NPQ process ,Review customer build to drawing parts ,coordinate the requirement an d sign off of the NPQ to make sure all parts are qualified per internal process4. Lead the ECN change, review with customer internal team an d supplier for the change detail an d feasibility of the ECN. Release ECN & PCN . verify the implement of the ECN with team 5. Lead the internal review of customer data pack an d follow up the supplier review of related drawing to make sure customer requirement are correctly followed6. List engineer issues from internal team an d supplier to customer an d discuss with customer until all issue are closed before FA build7. Combined FA issues from related team member an d discuss with team before raise to customer as part of FAIR 8. Familiarize themselves with, an d confirm to EHS policy, report all accidents, incidents, near misses an d damage to their team leader Ｏr manager9. To identify related laws an d regulations of engineering.
Qualifications:1. Bachelor Degree, Major in Electronics, mechanical Ｏr relevant.2. Experienced EMS engineering with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing industry.3. Knowledge of resource an d design, ability of data analysis 4. Communication & interpersonal skills5. Proficient in Word, Excel, an d Project6. English written an d verbal communication an d interpersonal skills
