Essential Responsibilities
1. Operational
R26; To attend the design reviews an d identify an d suggest with regards to the issues related to installation, site testing an d commissioning..
R26; To define interface with client an d other agencies an d other departments an d to guide site team for dealings at site.
R26; To guide, support to site team with regards to all technical issues for installation works at site.
R26; To review an d resolve all technical issues.
R26; To participate in all technical discussions an d design reviews.
R26; To support an d prepare erection procedures, define control sheets
R26; Reviewing of NCR an d engineering dispositions an d to guide site for execution.
R26; Reviewing EMNs issued by engineering an d guide site team for changes to be attended at site.
R26; Periodical review of work progress, sequence of work planned quality at site.
R26; To obtain feedback of experience an d suggests systematic improvements.
R26; Reviews all documents （control sheets, protocols, test reports, red mark drawings etc.） an d ensure completeness of all documentation. Advise site team.
2. Managerial （Budget / Administration / People）
R26; Ensure team delivers required task within schedule an d with quality an d safety.
3. Functional/transverse （optional）
R26; Provide structure feedback with experiences an d lessons learned.
Specific Functional/Technical authority （besides DoA）:
R26; Access to all documentation an d information of all projects.
R26; Access to engineering drawings an d documents.
R26; Access to all quality reports

Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
R26; University degree （comparable with bachelor Ｏr master） in technical an d managerial field
Desirable:
R26; Hydro engineering
Experience
Mandatory:
R26; 10 years above experience of hydro unit installation
R26; Auto CAD application
R26; Good English in read/write/speak
Desirable:
R26; Hydro engineering experience
