Provide leadership an d direction to cross-functional teams empowered to execute the Lean Six Sigma strategy for process improvement, productivity improvement an d cost reduction.
=623; Work with local management team an d LSS community to identify, define an d prioritize portfolio of projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals.
Simultaneously lead an d complete multiple cross functional LSS projects, often with high complexity an d impact, per the agreed schedule with minimal Master Black Belt support.
=623; Create project plans an d guide team members, including personnel certified at the Green an d Yellow Belt levels, to complete projects in a timely manner
=623; Define an d obtain the necessary data, an d then calculate the impact of project improvements on Operating metrics such as cycle time an d defect rate. Partnering with finance as needed to incorporate project metric improvements into operating budget plans （ROI, target savings, budget, etc.） an d forecasts.
=623; Maintain appropriate documentation including project charter, progress Ｕpdates, an d final reports to capture an d communicate learnings to enable best practice replication.
=623; Effectively communicate teams’ progress to operational an d LSS leadership. Create executive level presentations for internal Ｏr external use as applicable to communicate project an d portfolio status an d plans.

Role Summary/Purpose
The primary objective of the position is to lead the Lean Six Sigma （LSS） improvement process an d through this ensure process improvements, productivity improvements an d cost reductions. This will be accomplished by leading, motivating, an d influencing project teams in order to implement the Lean Six Sigma vision dictated by Executive Board/Local Management Team an d Master Black Belts.
Qualifications/Requirements
-Strong preference in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Ｏr Manufacturing Engineering.
-Strong experience in Process Improvement. Must have led Ｏr co-led minimum 3,full-cycle Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma and/or Lean projects.
-Lean Six Sigma certification required
-Knowledge of Quality Systems （ISO a Preferred but not required）
-Demonstrated Project Management skills
-Statistically literate
-Strong oral an d written communication skills. Clear an d effective communicator to succeed in their roles as Lean Six Sigma leader, mentor, coach an d trainer.
