Role Summary/Purpose
The Brilliant Factory Engineer will be responsible for identifying an d leading advanced manufacturing an d digital technology projects in support of the Brilliant Factory journey at the site.
Qualifications/Requirements
R26; Engineering, IT, Ｏr computer science degree
R26; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
R26; Significant shop floor experience （understand the day-to-day realities of a plant）
R26; Passion for an d experience with emerging technology
R26; Ability an d willingness to travel infrequently, as required
Desired Characteristics
R26; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean Leader certification
R26; Strong interpersonal skills an d the ability to influence
R26; Experience leading technology development/integration
R26; Experience leading a Lean manufacturing transformation
R26; Experience defining, implementing, an d using shop floor IT tools （i.e. MES）
R26; Experience in the Renewable Energy industry
R26; Project management experience
R26; Able to effectively communicate at different functional levels
