Responsible for demand planning operations by effectively managing forecasting & demand planning process to fulfill internal sales target by close partnership with AMP Hub & Dalian Site & all local stakeholders.? Monitor an d drive attainment of all demand planning KPIs against annual target? Support ad hoc project for process/ performance improvement purposeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES1 Forecasting an d Demand Management1-1 Data consolidation an d system maintenance for the monthly demand rolling forecast, Long Range Volume Forecast. 1-2 Support FORGE process an d manage dollar unit alignment based on the latest demand FCST an d financial target. Optimize FORGE performance.1-3 Responsible for order management of Outsourced Products an d supply follow up.1-4 Ensure the provision of long range forecast an d associated principle annually1-5 Support to prepare the Demand an d Supply Planning meeting review an d S&OP meetings.1-6 Coordinate weekly supply meeting with AMP Hub, Ｕpdate import products shipment plan based on weekly Ｕpdates. 1-7 Monthly Ｕpdate demand planning comments on supply Chain Digitization tool.1-8 Monitor an d optimize inventory levels at FTZ an d distributors to support the business1-9 Regularly review product classification an d make good use of statistical modeling an d intelligence forecast an d machine learning to deliver enhanced forecast accuracy 1-10 Coordinate cross functional teams to follow up sales order fulfillment an d deliver sales gap closing opportunities as required.1-11 Analyze an d improve forecast accuracy an d customer service levels in line with internal an d external benchmarks1-12 Internal measurement an d reporting of demand forecasting KPIs to drive improvements in forecast accuracy an d bias, working capital an d customer service2 Regulatory Change Launches/Stock Build2-1 Coordinate with AMP Hub an d Dalian Site related to the packaging change caused by supplying site change, regulatory change etc. 2-2 Evaluate an d propose appropriate stock build requirements to cover market demand for regulatory change process2-3 Coordinate with AMP HUB/Dalian Site an d cross functional team/commercial team about PCM （new launches of packaging change/AW change etc）.2-4 Responsible for system Master data set up an d coordination for New F-code extension to ensure on time completion.3 OOS/Distressed Inventory management 3-1 Responsible for supply shortage alert report on potential OOS Risk products3-2 Support ZDI process an d maintain ZDI tool3-3 Analyzes data for finished goods inventory at risk.4 Project Support4-1 Lead/ support ad hoc project for process/ performance improvement purpose任职资格:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONEducation? Bachelor degree in Logistics, supply chain management, finance, management science Ｏr equivalent fieldExperience? 5 - 8 years of Supply Chain Ｏr Materials Management experience in a pharmaceutical /FMCG/E-commerce environment, Ｏr equivalent? Knowledge an d experience in financial planning will be considered? Familiar with Supply to Order an d Supply to Stock model? Broad operations an d systems experience, including replenishment planning, capacity analysis, manufacturing an d distribution in either a market Ｏr manufacturing environment? Strong stakeholder management experience ? Sound knowledge an d strong operation skills of SAP/APO system an d statistical forecasting.Skills? Excellent analytical abilities? Excellent communication skills in English, both written an d verbal? Must be able to work independently an d push own agenda an d priority amongst a larger group? Proficiency in MS Excel an d PowerPoint application? Team player an d good interpersonal skill? Ability to set priorities an d make decisions in a dynamic work environment? Good problem solving capability
