岗位职责:
? Lead local sales teams with clear targets, follows up via KPI and annual objectives and gives a regular and structured feedback to subordinates.
? Special Focus for market development: Promote personally the eXcelle NP range of Equipment with the active support from the French capital sales team.
? Establishes the global Sales-Budget for local O.I per Product groups and gives a regular feedback.
? Define and executing local sales approach and align with global strategy
? Develop the sales forces and strengthen the competence of team member
? Responsible for market study and demanding analysis, strengthen company’s competitiveness
? Participates in solving problems, proposes innovative solutions and supports his peers in their job whenever needed.
? Responsible for agent management
? Reports to the Product Group Sales Directors in a structured manner via Sales KPI.
任职资格:
? Nonwoven or Textile background
? Good process know -how of Nonwoven or Textile machine is plus
? Chinese, English fluently in both, verbally and in writing
? Process knowledge to define the scope for system supply and single machinery
? Sales approach sensitivity
? Be able to present the product (technique/technology) and to convince the customer of the product benefits
? Leading of a local organization
? At least 5 years of experience in sales related position
? MS office products, Word , Excel, PPT
? Willing to travel (approx. 75% of working time)
? Precise working style, careful, effective
