The aim of the position is: Management of industrial association relationship and standardsTranslate customer and market requirements into product specificationResponsibility for the allocated products over the whole life cycle Association management：Manage relationship with relevant industrial associations.Regularly assess and propose impact with actions for new regulation and standards.work closely with local team and group colleagues regarding regulation impact and with actionsDevelop and maintain good relationship with relevant associations and committee
Product Management：Responsible for the specification of new products according present and future customer- and market-requirementsEnsure the right balance between complexity and market specific requirements while reflecting the brand valuesDerive price positioning and resulting target cost together with sales organisationProvide sales price / volume scenarios for project business planDevelop customer segment specific product argumentation together with local product managementManagement of the international market launch of new productsReflecting product strategy and develop ideas for improvement work closely with project team and NSC team
Requirement:University degree of engineering or relevantProven experience in product managementwith industrial association management experienceVery good English language skillsgood communication and team spirits
