The aim of the position is: To support the operational Plant Organisation by managing logistic activities and projects, which have a major impact on operational KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) for the Vaillant Group Production Network. Planning of Projects together with relevant internal and external Business partners, based on group standards, processes and methods (VPS – Vaillant Group Production System).
Operational Production support：Manage logistics processes and projects by developing digital tools the preferred contact of the local logistic department and will be the deputy at group levelManage and analyze the logistics data to ensure system updates.Provide and develop logistic tools to ensure the operational support for the activities and KPIs.Ensure the reliability of logistics flows to match the increased production of the strategic products and the associated logistics complexityOrganize VPS workshops and will lead other continuous improvements to support the activity Become an active member of digital plant
Support R&D projects Define the logistic flow for the R&D projects.Define the packaging for the R&D project to match and improve the internal logistic flow
Production Projects
Participate the plant projects and will roll out them in the logistic area and will support them with the organizational change.Involved in the layout design of the new plant project
Education / Know-how and experience / training: Successfully graduated engineer of science, preferable in mechanical engineering, or technician, basic knowledge in logistic management, work experience more than 3 years for logistic process validation and planning, English fluent in spoken and written, knowledge of SAP in MM and WMS, good communication skills
