1.0 Main tasks & responsibilities Purchasing support - Collects, verifies, and processes purchase requisitions received from various departments and converts them into purchase orders - Purchase Order (goods and services) monitoring and follow up of the deliveries to assure continuous production - Verify with warehouse and reorder raw materials and consumables needed for production - Dialogue with existent or research for new suppliers with the purpose to define all the characteristics of the purchase in terms of prize, timing, incoterms and payment terms. - Office supply and stationery purchase and stock management - Maintain, collect supplier, material database in SAP system - Vendor performance monitoring - Collect, keep and manage procurement related files - Verification of the invoices and prepare application for Finance - Execute and follow up the Cost saving and Continuous improvement activities assigned by supervisor Administration support: - Provide logistic and administration supports such as hotel reservation, transportation, invitation letter, visa application to internal and external stakeholders - Business travel arrangement including flight selection, tickets booking, transportation arrangement and hotel reservation - Waste disposal - Complete tasks in creative and effective ways to help determine best methods and procedures on new assignments - Any other tasks arranged by supervisor 2.0 Skills - Good communication - Good negotiator - Attention to detail - Goal oriented - Problem solving - Organized - Teamwork 3.0 Knowledge and Education - Bachelor’s degree or above - Good English skills, both written and spoken - Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office - SAP MM experience is a plus 4.0 Experience - Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain: purchasing and logistics in a western company - Working experience in structured organization.
