招聘人数：1 人 性别要求：不限性别 Maintasks&responsibilities Collects the information necessary for the development for the prototype and serial part occasionally with direct contact with customer; If necessary, suggest to customer device design changes or modifications in the specifications, in order to guarantee the full feasibility of the manufacturing, its safety, quality, repeatability and economy. Defines the processing methods, process technologies, lean manufacturing, optimizing production and equipment costs. Designs simple fixtures and tools necessary for manipulating and protecting the pieces following the suppliers involved. Prepares production machinery through appropriate programming languages, so that the prototype or workpiece is processed in accordance with specifications. Estimates the costs of prototype production and serial production and provides the business manager with the data necessary for the commercial offers. Issues the working cycle, ensuring compliance with the Quality Plan. Defines and inserts into the management software the standard production times. Verifies the correspondence of production times with the predicted ones, introducing corrective actions if needed Defines and puts in place for consolidated parts, concerted improvement actions about the quality of machined components, resolution of non-compliance, production time and cost reduction Collaborates with production manager to train the production personnel, to ensure the correct execution of the working cycles Technically supports production if problems arise Monitors the work progress and, in case of delays, identifies and implements corrective actions Prepares, executes and compiles validation protocols and operating instructions to ensure that machines and products meet the desired characteristics. 任职要求： Degree: Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering orMaterial Engineering(Preferred) At least 3 years of proven experience in similar positions Biomedical or Technical coatings is a plus Languages: English good level Knowledge required: Technical design and drawing, Solid Works, expertise in materials, and coatings optional Characteristics required: Ability to analyze and solve problems Autonomy Determination Responsibility Accuracy Flexibility Creativity Multitasking Total view of the complexity involved Ability in interpersonal relationships Collaboration with other business functions Availability for travel abroad
