Job Summary: This position is to follow up customer orders an d offer after sales service, meanwhile this position is also required to handle logistics like transportation/customs clearance etc., acts as a bridge between inside & outside customers. Provide support to the whole sales team.
Duties an d Responsibilities: 1. Assist sales personnel to fulfill order process such as daily order input. 2. Work as a key coordinator between the sales& marketing department an d other supportive departments. 3. To look after every individual order to ensure order process will be completed by right specification/ quality/ quantity/ delivery requirement in terms of every customer written order. 4. Be responsible to inform relevant sales personnel on time of the order’s current status, or, if the order is unable to match terms of the order required. 5. Carry out various internal order statistic job. 6. Be responsible for assisting sales personnel in keeping regular customer communication to achieve max customer satisfaction. 7. To work with quality department for all customer complaints handling. 8.Assist the team for marketing activities like show/open house etc. 10. Weekly/monthly/quarterly sales number analysis & other report requested by department leader
Education, Experience, Skills an d Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate:(If a degree is required it must be from an accredited institution)College Or university degreeGood command of English skill at least in written an d reading, oral is a plus.Good personality, keen to learn new things, dedicated career attitude an d good team player.
