New supplier introduction （NDA, RFI, frame contract）you manage supplier Q.C.D. performance Supplier quality an d delivery issue dealt with 8D methodologySupplier MOQ an d Lead time improvement （KPI: Numbers of supplier who reduce MOQ an d Lead time）SIM with SQE to review the supplier quality improvement plan, supplier quality issue an d follow upMonthly supplier performance Business review an d supplier panel adjustment Quarterly face to face performance review meeting with key suppliers （top10 key supplier QCD review）Direct Cost reduction an d Quality improvementCost breakdown sheet for each main commodityImplement the saving plan with supplier an d RD/QA departmentsAnnual negotiation process with supplier for cost reductionSIM with RD/QA for cost saving plan an d follow upStandardization work with R&D to reduce the diversity of references an d reduce the supplier panel.You are an expert in the technologies that you are purchasing: you make sure that we are purchasing the best QCD from our suppliersYou follow the latest technological evolutionsYou teach the Quality an d Project teams the specificities an d the limits of the technologies that you are managing You support Somfy Purchasing Group for Chinese sourcing:You are in regular contact with Somfy Purchasing Group to Ｕpdate our standardsYou support Cluses Team when necessary for Chinese sourcing
1. Purchasing- Above 5 years purchasing experience - Above 2 years R&D purchasing experience - Good at cost analysis an d negotiation 2. Technical back ground - Bachelor Ｏr above in science an d technology - Solid knowledge on most material like electric components, PCBA, sheet metal, precision machining, plastic parts 3.Others- Good English skill - Qualified enough to take international conference call. - Team player with excellent communication skill an d strong negotiation skill - Good analyze capability an d problem solve skills - Good skill to make excel an d power point files
