Your responsibilities The job of an E-commerce Operations Coordinator at H&M Online Sales comes with lots of responsibility – an d lots of fun! You will be responsible for reporting, prioritizing an d evaluating the business impact of disturbances in connection with daily maintenance of all our digital sales channels for hm.com an d Tmall site. For example: Attend daily status meetings with IT an d communicate the expectation from Online Sales. Coordinate an d translate needs between Online Sales (such as Merch/ VM teams) an d IT. Work close with the commercial activities planned for hm.com an d Tmall. Key contact person for IT an d responsible for follow up incidents an d making sure that, together with IT, impact an d potential downtime of the site an d systems are minimized. Main communicator during disturbances an d main contact person for IT to make well weighted decisions based on optimal business impact. Set up an d drive cross functional forums together with other functions (i.e. Merch/Visual merch, Logistics, AcCounting, Customer Service an d 3rd Parties) mainly for China market, making sure that we set a priority that benefits H&M an d are focused on our customer benefit. The work has a cross-functional focus since coordination of disturbances often need to be made within an d between our own function as well as across other functions within H&M (e.g. Logistics, IT an d Marketing). As part of Online Operations, you will be involved in setting new standards an d way-of-working across all our e-commerce markets. Who are you? In order to succeed as an E-commerce Operations Coordinator we believe you are a service minded team player with strong communication skills an d an interest working the intersection of IT an d business. You are interested in understanding details, but also have the ability to quickly get an overview an d see the big-picture. For this role, you also need skills as: Great understanding an d strong interest in IT – to be able to take part in technical discussions an d understanding the potentials an d risks both from a business as well as IT point of view in order to make the best possible decisions regarding incidents. Used to work in team as well as independently. Ability to communicate with different types of people an d roles within both business an d IT in both Mandarin an d English Ability to work both proactively an d with long-term improvements as well as take quick action on daily incidents It is an advantage, but not a must, if you have knowledge of Incident Management, Root Cause- an d Risk Analysis Or Tmall operations experiences. We believe you could have previous experience as a Requirement Analyst, Super User Or similar.
