职能描述
H&M的视觉陈列师工作有很多职责,同时也有很多乐趣.你的工作包括:


· 在销售部门,试衣间和收银台提供出色的顾客服务
· 确保按照陈列指导,在营业部门和橱窗陈列服饰
· 计划,执行并跟进促销活动及大型店铺活动
· 通过分析销售报表,并依此采取行动来达成销售最大化
· 向店铺成员沟通传达最新的商业活动信息
· 对店铺成员进行服装陈列技巧培训
· 订购,管理店铺的陈列道具
· 确保工作中的安全及行政规范工作被遵守执行
· 身体力行,你是一个大家的榜样

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Visual Merchandiser comes with lots of responsibility – an d lots of fun. Your to-do list includes:
· Provide excellent customer service on the store floor, in the fitting rooms an d at the cash desk
· Ensure garment presentation in the store an d in the windows according to our guidelines
· Plan, execute an d follow up sales activities an d store campaigns
· Maximise selling by analysing sales reports an d taking action accordingly
· Communicate an d inform the store team about upcoming activities an d campaigns
· Continuously train the store team in garment presentation
· Order, handle an d organise display materials
· Ensure that safety, security an d administrative routines are followed
· Set an example for your team an d act as a role model
