Manages order fulfillment. Researches customer Or order problems, an d delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve. Liaises between the customer/partner an d sales organization. Focuses on delivering a positive customer Or partner experience. Facilitates product an d sales information flow. Drives sales operations process improvements. Serves as interface for order status an d handles order escalation an d SKU management. May serve as primary interfaces with other internal functions, based on BU and/or regional requirements. May be responsible for influencing sales behavior an d capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES Actively participates in process improvement programs cross-functionally Works on assignments where considerable judgment an d initiative are required in resolving problems an d making choices, recommendations, Or decisions Regularly exercises discretion an d independent judgment on business matters Key Responsibilities: Utilizing a variety of well developed organizational an d project management skills, incumbent is responsible for providing sales order process support an d reporting reconciliation for a defined sales territory (s). Uses sound judgment, in the application of general business principles an d demonstrates initiative in carrying out assigned duties. Achieves a high degree of familiarity with an d in-depth knowledge of field an d corporate operational systems, processes an d policies. Responsible for all order booking activities to an d ensures Or orders are processed in accordance with customer an d business requirements. Manages the collection of all paperwork an d ensures that all approvals are submitted, current an d correct contract data is included an d that all basic revenue recognition guidelines are met. Acts as liaison between sales, business operations an d GBO to ensure all orders are booked, billed, invoiced an d shipped correctly. Facilitates communications with other field organizations when necessary. Assists with territory assignment governance activities including; hierarchy changes, new hire support, opportunity reassignment May participate in District level sales manager meetings an d conference calls. Prepares presentations for sales meetings an d Quarterly Business Review meetings. Helps train new an d existing sales personnel on all order management systems an d processes. May provide subject matter expertise on more complex deals including ELA s, leases, involving multiple Countries and/or business Units Essential requirements: Bachelor’ s Degree Or other commercial education Fluent Koreanand English Ability to work independently, analyze information an d draw accurate conclusions. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Customer focused. Sense of urgency an d ability to take initiative. Time management skills, organizational skills, ability to execute an d ability to adapt to change.
