Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT;Minimum 5 years of experience in banking IT;Minimum 3 years of experience in team managementDeep understanding on payments domain is an advantage;Experience of working with LoB business is an advantage;Solid experience of end to end project deliverySolid experience on Mainframe development an d production support, have good knowledge on COBOL, CICS, DB2, TWS an d batch developmentExcellent communication skillsProactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, high sense of responsibility an d a good team playerExperience in working on global/regional critical systems would be an advantageBe proficient in both written an d spoken English. Analytical mind set on root cause analysis an d resolutionExperience on Agile/DevOps would be an advantageSelf-motivated, enthusiastic an d proven fast learner
