Role Title:Software Engineer Business: OSS - Operations Shared ServicesRole Purpose / Description:
? Work as technical SME to implement quality project deliverables? Participate in system design, code review an d application testing? Collaborate with various partner teams for testing an d production support? Ensure quality production support an d meet the service SLA? Lead in issue investigation an d problem solvingx? Provide production support on roster basis
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:? 3 years application development working experience? Solid experience end to end project delivery experience? Solid experience on Mainframe development an d production support, have solid experience on COBOL, CICS, DB2, MQ, TWS an d batch development.? Excellent communication skills? Proactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, high sense of responsibility an d a good team player? Experience on working in a global/regional time critical system would be an advantage? Be proficient in both written an d spoken English would be an advantage. ? Analytical mind set on root cause analysis an d resolution? Experience on Agile/DevOps would be an advantage? Self-motivated, enthusiastic an d proven fast learner
