Zeiss IQS software training for customers based on every course syllabus on site Ｏr at Demo center. Application engineer can provide all level training course based on the sales an d after sales contract.Duties an d responsibilities include but are not limited to:l To be assigned as:Key roles an d customer trainers in defined application directions by Biz demands an d personal background.l To develop oneself:Responsible for self-motived development as Key Roles in assigned application directions.l To serve internal customer:Responsible for new machine pre-sale support an d various tasks fulfillment in assigned application direction under minmium coaching.l To serve external customer:Responsible for application service proposal an d various tasks fulfillment for aftermarket customers under necessary coaching.l To solve problem:Responsible for various application problem solving for internal/external customer in assigned application directions under minimum coaching.l To act in global network:Connect effectively to 2nd level support network during oversea training an d daily communication.l Actively fitting him/herself into company culture an d value, explore individual way of self-realization during onboarding an d entire career journey with ZEISS.l Successfully fulfill application service tasks like: Demo, Customer Training, Contract Measurement, Onsite Support an d Application Solution to our internal an d external customer.l Continuously improve him/herself on mindsets, tool sets an d skill sets.Perform other related duties an d responsibilities as
assigned.
Education / 教育背景l Degree in Mechanical Engineering Ｏr Optical Engineering, Master is preferred, Bachelor is minimum.
Experience /经验l 1-3yrs relevant working experience of Mechanical Design, Geometric Metrology Ｏr Quality Inspection.l C#, Python Ｏr similar coding project experience is preferred.l CMMs experience is preferred.
Other skills /其他技能l CET6 Ｏr above.l Fast an d proactive learner.l Customer oriented, Result oriented.l Open mind, teamwork an d self-motived.l Able to travel frequently on domestic an d occationally international business trips
