Main tasks / 主要任务 - Responsible for checking monthly payroll an d conducting payroll reconciliation - Responsible for income tax reporting, coordinate with finance depart to conduct cost report based upon monthly payroll . - Responsible for HC report via global HC management online system monthly. - Responsible for C&B monthly report preparation an d HR monthly report consolidation. - Responsible for updating organization charts on monthly basis. - Responsible for collecting an d providing the latest market compensation information an d analyze them to prepare reports, advise manager for making important decisions. - Responsible for incentive policy Update as well as incentive data consolidation an d calculation. - Participate in RFC & annual budgeting process an d other compensation related programs. - Participate in annual salary survey. Analyze survey report an d complete peer group compensation analysis reports by different division. - According to internal an d external data to make salary proposal on individual cases. - Provide support on merit increase, year-end bonus calculation. - Conduct employee performance review process. - Responsible for employee’s Hukou an d Shanghai residence permit affairs. - Assist manager to conduct routine Expat management. - Assist to complete other C&B tasks which are assigned by
supervisor. Education / 教育背景 Bachelor degree Or above in science an d technology related areas Experience /经验 - At least 5 years experienced in C&B function in MNC organization - Solid analytical ability, data sensitive. HRIS experience is an advantage - Process an d compliance mindset is a must - Good at MS office applications, eg. Excel an d PPT.- Other skills /其他技能 - Absolutely trustful an d loyalty; team spirit an d social competence, good organizational ability - Mature, independent an d proactive, confident - Problem solving, hard working, self-motivated, able to work under pressure - Good communication skill in both English an d Chinese
